This workshop is designed to teach participants organizational and time management skills in order to achieve greater balance, performance, and success. It will teach individuals how to use a time management system effectively and how to better organize all the events in their lives. Participants will learn how to set SMART goals so they are focusing on tasks and activities that maximize their productivity and bring results. Individuals will assess their current effectiveness and learn best practices in the areas of delegation, e-mail management, managing interruptions, organizational ability, and stress management.
