This workshop is designed for intact teams to participate together. This class will challenge a team to work effectively together in a dynamic, open environment. Using the Team Dimensions Profile, each individual will receive a personalized assessment. This information will help individuals understand their preferred team role, the value each member brings to the team, and how to work collectively together to ensure a quality output.  Strategies explored will help the group create, refine, advance, and implement new ideas so projects and initiatives can be developed and implemented effectively.
