Today’s organizational leaders must understand their role in creating a vision and strategy if they expect success. Organizations are about people, processes and systems and effective leaders must know how to manage each critical component. This interactive workshop takes a look at current organizational challenges, areas of disconnect and what processes need to be implemented to ensure a high performing organization. The strategic planning model, organizational culture, performance measures, leadership development, and goal alignment will all be addressed.  A pre-assessment questionnaire will be administered to all participants along with a 360-degree leadership assessment.
