When placed in a position of authority or where others are working for you, individuals need to be able to handle that responsibility using a set of unique competencies.   Learning the differences between leadership and management, the art of inspiring, required competencies to effectively lead, and role for fulfilling the organizational mission will help develop effective leaders for today’s workplace. Participants will learn about skills and behaviors necessary for leadership, techniques for better managing and leading people, complete an assessment to evaluate their competencies, and develop an action plan for growth.
