In today’s organization, what needs to be done to ensure that employees act appropriately and make wise choices?  This workshop will teach employees how to think, reason and act in their current work environment when interacting with co-workers, customers, managers, and vendors. The workshop will cover why ethics are needed in the workplace, what shapes behaviors, identifying situations in the workplace that are potential exposures, and understanding diversity and harassment issues. Individuals will learn how to handle ethical dilemmas that are relevant in their organization and how to ensure integrity is practiced throughout all levels of the organization.
