This workshop will teach you about the challenges of leadership. It will help you gain perspective on leading groups, becoming more aware of your personal leadership style and different ways management can choose to motivate diverse work groups. The Strengths Based 2.0 Assessment and DiSC Behavioral Assessment are used to help individuals understand their leadership style and how to use this information to better achieve performance and meet the needs of those they serve.
