For the first time in the history of organizations, there are four generations that are actively contributing in today’s workplace.  Working side-by-side, there is frustration, misunderstandings, conflict, and tension among these four distinct groups.  In addition we are dealing with gender and cultural differences as well. This workshop will help provide insight into all of the various individuals we interact with on a daily basis to improve our communications skills, minimize conflict, and enrich all of our relationships.
